What are the payment options available?
Currently, the following payment options are available at

Credit Card: You can pay for your order online by using your VISA, MASTER CARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card. All credit card orders are processed by our 128 -bit secure gateway (powered by CCAvenue). Please note that your credit card is charged only after the order is dispatched.

PayPal: PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing secure payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. PayPal serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your order at through PayPal. All payments made using this payment method are first converted to US Dollars.

Check/Draft: You can pay by a check or demand draft made out to "Next World". Please courier us the check or draft at the address given below after placing your order with us. The products will be dispatched from our warehouse only after the payment has been realised. This can take upto 2 weeks for outstation checks. Mail your check/draft to:

Kotak Mahindra Bank Cash Deposit: You can make your payment by directly depositing cash in our account at any branch of the Kotak Mahindra Bank. If you select this payment option, please wait for a confirmation email from our helpdesk to make sure that the products that you have ordered are available with us. After you receive the email, visit the nearest branch of Kotak Mahindra bank and deposit the amount favoring Next World Retail in the following account number: 0912450450. Please click the CASH DEPOSITED button for your order by visiting the My Order page after you have deposited the amount. The products are shipped soon after you make the deposit.

Cash on Delivery: The Cash on Delivery option is currently available for select pin codes in India. With this option, you simply pay cash when the items are delivered. This option will be provided for more delivery locations soon. Please note that the minimum order value of Rs.1000 might apply to COD orders for certain areas.

Do you ship to my location? If yes, how will you ship my order?
We currently ship all over India. International orders are not accepted. We use BlueDart and Aramex for shipping wherever their service is available. For areas not covered by BlueDart and Aramex, we use other major courier services. We also ship by Indian Postal Services to areas that are not covered by major couriers.

Are there any hidden charges/taxes/octroi that I have to pay?
The amount displayed in your order is the final amount that you pay to We ship all orders free so you do not have to pay any shipping charges either. Any taxes or octroi however, that is charged by your local tax authorities will have to be borne by you - we unfortunately have no control over this. Please contact us before placing your order for clarifications regarding this.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Orders shipped by BlueDart and Aramex can be tracked online. Click the My Orders icon from the My Account page for a list of orders placed by you. Order that have been shipped by BuleDart or Aramex and are yet to be delivered will have a tracking button that can be clicked for an instant report on the status of your order.

Can I cancel an order that I just placed?
You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. Go to the My Account page and click the My Orders button for a list of orders placed by you. Orders that can be cancelled will have a cancel button below the item list.

If you're looking for a product that is not listed at, please email customer service by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. We will try to source and put the product for sale online and send you an email notification as soon as possible.

Why are some products marked as out of stock?
Products that are either out of stock or have been permanently discontinued by the vendor are marked as currently not available and are displayed on the website for reference/archival purposes only. Out of stock products will become available for ordering again when we receive fresh stocks.

I have forgotten my password at What should I do?
You can retrieve your password if you remember your login ID. Go to the login page and click the Retrieve Password button. Your password will be emailed to you at the email address that you provided while registering with us. In case you're unable to recover your forgotten password, you can email us for assistance by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.

How do I change my password and other account details?
To change your password or other account particulars like address, phone number etc., please go to the My Account page by clicking on the link at the top of any page. Your complete account details will be displayed. Click the modify account button to take you to the relevant page. Please note that if you're not logged on, you will be first taken to the Login page before you can access the My Account page.

How can I know the status of the order I've placed?
A list of all orders placed by you along with their current status can be displayed by clicking the My Orders icon on the My Account page. Orders that can be cancelled will have a cancel order button below the item list.

How do I earn reward points?
You automatically earn reward points every time you make a purchase at The reward points earned by you for an order are credited to your account once your order is delivered successfully. You also earn reward points when you register at and every time you write a product review.

How do I redeem the reward points in my account?
The reward points earned by you can be redeemed for an instant discount in your subsequent orders. You can make part or full payment for any order with reward points. In fact, if you have enough reward points in your account, you can get your products absolutely free of cost - you can even pay the shipping charges with reward points.

Where can I check the current status of my reward points account?
A chart of the reward points earned and spent by you can be viewed by clicking the My Reward Points icon on the My Account page.
